Befor you order All Items are sold on a Satisfaction GUARANTEED Basis. If you are unhappy with an item, return it within 15 days for a replacement or refund. Remember, the joy of handcrafts is their individuality, and that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown. Colours shown on pictures are computer generated and may look slightly different in original. Allow 2-3 weeks delivery on select items. Items in stock will be mailed within 3-5 days.

How to order standard items online You just choose the item from our catalog, select the colour you like and hit the add to cart button. Here you check your order and if you are satisfied with your selection go to check out. If you want to recheck your order or select additional items hit the continue shopping button. Checkout brings you to the secure order and payment form from PayPal  where you can efect your secure payment. Soon as I get the confirmation of your payment I will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order details and posting details. Since I am producing most items on order please allow up to 2 weeks until your order will be posted.

How to order standard items direct For direct orders you can download  my purchase order form (MS Excel), fill it in and mail it back to me. Please make sure to fill in your complete mailing address and if different also the shipping address. Make sure you fill in all details about your ordered item. If you like to order 10 or more items or delivery via DHL or your shipping address is outside Europe, please e-mail me for a quote. I start working soon as your payment is confirmed. Since everything I offer is guaranteed hand made and most items are made to order, please allow two to three weeks from receiving your payment until I post your item.

How to order custom made items Please fill in the  Custom Request Form . Give me as much information as you can so I can come back to you with a quote for your requested item. If I am able to produce your request, you just confirm the e-mail with price, and shipping information I'll send you a confirmation and soon as I got your payment, I start working. For custom made items please allow between 4 and 5 weeks delivery time. Back to my Homepage
